But I wouldn't stretch between the cardio and strength. Stretching before strength training can deplete your ability to contract those muscles as much. Think about a soggy old rubber band. If you stretch it out and it takes it 2-3 minutes to sink back again, you don't get quite the contracting pull of a squeeze out of in those 2-3 minutes as you would after, do you? Same with your muscles - longer timeframe.
So skip the first stretch and stretch in the jacuzzi after ST. :)

I do my cardio workout, stretch a little, then I do my strength training, after that I do a little water jogging, I finish up by spending about 10 minutes in the jacuzzi. While in the jacuzzi I do my end of workout stretching. Is this okay to do?
