I don't know what I did before I found the seated piriformis stretch! I work at a desk and it's impossible for me to lay on the floor and do stretches during the day. This one is a life saver!!

Another enthusiastic vote for the second stretch posted above. I do that one after every run and it stretches everywhere I need to be stretched. Love it!

Just to add... the second link Coach Jen posted is an amazing stretch for the piraformis (as long as you have the flexibility), love that one. Very effective. To get a deeper stretch, slowly extend your arms on the floor out in front of you.
