Ideally you should stretch after each workout, immediately after. This is the best time because your muscles are warmed up, so you'll avoid injury during stretches. Stretching helps aid recovery of the muscles which is totally important. I'd say yes, stretch after both work outs. Never skip a stretch!
I workout twice a day, morning(2 hrs) and evening(1hr). My stretch routine is abt 20 mins, so, I was thinking if it's ok to stretch only once in evening?? or do I have to stretch after each workout? Any thoughts
