I am so sorry you have all those stress factors in your life - the great news is that you can absolutely work on your nutrition and fitness which will help you deal with all that stuff. Track your eating (and download the sparkpeople app on your phone).

I'm a 20-year old college student who has gained 30 lbs since being in college and increased 3 jean sizes. It probably doesn't help much that my best friend died right before I went to college, money is tight for tuition and living, and that my recent ex-boyfriend just got engaged. My sister is getting married in September and my goal is to lose those 30 pounds I put on and be able to run a half marathon. I need motivation to pick myself up and feel better about myself... look good feel good right??
