I love the progress I'm making but I am tired, for the first time since I started the program. Probably due to overdoing it with my newly separated daughter that has moved in with me. I LOVE it that she and my 1 year old grand daughter are HERE!! Between that, the decision I've made to continue online to get my bachelors, and the responsibility I had to my friend who just lost his leg due to diabetes, I have over done it! Two nights I didn't eat dinner, at all! I fell asleep before I had time to cook it. That is probably why I am feeling tired right now, and emotional. I am going to fight hard to make a delicious salad tonight before I fall asleep! I have learned my lesson about not eating dinner. On my behalf, however, I did at least grab a meal replacement before I crashed! It's sooooo tempting to grab it again! ......
salad is a better choice! I bought more water so, here I go! chug a lug......
