I try to avoid stressors as much as possible... I take a job I like, be kind to my hubby, drop friends who are dramatic, and don't get busier than I want to be! aka I'm lazy, hahaha.

Exercise, for me hiking or kayaking are the bomb! They make it all go away. If that's not possible then journaling really does help identify what's really bothering you.

Walk, pray - often at the same time. Try and identify what the stress is all about and deal with it. Maybe read or watch TV to switch off.

If I am not working out to relieve stress, my backup plan is Crosswords. I also love to do really large puzzles.

I eat because of emotional issues that I don't know how to deal with. I will try to distract myself every time I want to eat outside of my meals and planned snacks.
