Do you think it possible that you might have some sort of Eating Disorder, or Body Dysmorphic Disorder, whereby we see our body (size/shape etc.) in a way that isn't reality? To me it seems like you are overly fearful and obsessed even tho' you are at a fairly healthy weight!
Just an observation worth thinking about, and perhaps talking with your Dr about!
Thank you all for your support. I never thought of 4 tablespoons being 12 teaspoons. That does seem like an awful lot more than I had. I know, I do need to quit with the name calling, but my mind is slow to stop that. For anyone who wants to know, I had started losing weight as a teen to feel better about myself, and I lost 50 pounds. Well, at the critical point (I think at least) my boss was calling me the ugly girl at the pool I worked at. I was 16 I think, and dropped down to 98 pounds for a while. That was 5 years ago. So honestly, thanks for the support

"... I feel like I am going to bloat to a fatty again." .................. Given your starting weight on your weight-ticker, IF this was your original starting weight, then I think I can say in all honesty YOU WEREN'T A FATTY IN THE FIRST PLACE!
It sounds to me like you are more obsessed about weight than you need to be, and I wonder if you are actually in a healthy range for your height??

4 tbsp of peanut butter will not, CANNOT turn you into a "fatty" - for starters, would you allow someone else to call you names like that? You can't either. Time to put the namecalling in the corner, and start speaking of yourself in more positive terms.
Let's be realistic here. So let's suppose you DID eat 4 TBSP. That's what, 400 calories? 380?
How many calories does it take to make a pound of fat? 3,500. OVER your BMR. You're not even CLOSE. Relax, and realize that one small mistake is not going to derail your efforts. Don't try to punish yourself by starving yourself either. Just spread those extra calories out over the next week, and balance it out by making better choices next time.
Now, let's also be honest. How many teaspoons are in 4 tablespoons?
TWELVE. Did you REALLY eat twelve teaspoons of nut butter? Really? I think you're freaking out over nothing here. I doubt you ate that much.

As you mentioned, what is done is done. That being said, severely restricting calories to make up for what you ate previously may backfire as you may find yourself so hungry that you will eat whatever you can get your hands on.
Remember one meal, one oopsie moment will not do any harm, unless you allow this one incident to define you so you end up on this deprivation/binge/deprivation/binge deal, which is more detrimental than a one time slip-up.

You are NOT screwed up !! Don't look at good health or weight loss with an all or nothing mentality. If the only healthy thing you were to do for yourself today was to drink 8 glasses of water, that's still a step in the right direction.
Don't think like a "dieter". I dieter thinks they screwed up. Someone with a healthier outlook towards nutrition would put this behind them. You ate the food. You log the food. You move on. Today, you do your best to eat a bit more mindfully. You can't beat yourself up every single time you overeat and do something you don't think is healthy. That's totally not healthy.
All things in moderation. Don't try to do everything at once or you will end up frustrated. You don't have to be perfect to be healthy.
In short, cut yourself some slack. You're trying to change habits learned over a life time. that's not going to happen overnight, a week, a month or even a year. Change really does take time.
Thus the need to be patient with yourself and your body.
Arg!! Ok, to lay it out I am back at college, and was doing better than last year. This morning I woke up at 6:30 to go to the gym and workout (yay for me). I couldnt find my keys...for an hour and a half. I was hungry and decided to eat a pb sandwich. Ok. Why not try that new caramel almond butter then? I will just watch my sugar and fat for the rest of the day, no biggie. Well, except the fact that I was trying not to panic about my keys (also has my meal plan card and aviation card on it, which I would have to spend around 300 to replace it, miss a day of flying, blah blah). I ended up scooping out two huge spoonfuls. True it was with a teaspoon, but I must have easily eaten 4 tbs. Help.... I feel like I am going to bloat to a fatty again. I know there is nothing I can do now. Yesterday I had a huge breakfast and only had a muscle milk lean for lunch to try to help that. Now I screwed up again!
