For me, there is no better feeling than coming to the end of a strength training session and having that "exhausted" feeling just about all over. I don't even mind the DOMS any more, because that means I've shaken things up and my body noticed
I always make my wife feel my arm muscles after I do upper body lifting. She chalks it up to one of the downsides of being married to me. "Yuck, you're sweaty".

Well, congratulations! Unfortunately for most of us, getting defined *anything* is more about fat loss than strength training. We ALL have a six pack under there... it's just hidden by the layers of fat on our belly. :)
Keep up the strength training... nothing makes you look and feel quite as good!
