Sweating is simply and indication that your body is attempting to cool itself, it is not an indicator that you are losing fat as such. Sweating is a function of the ambient temperature where you are working out, what you are wearing and lastly the intensity of the workout you are doing. Doing full body and compound movement exercises with challenging weights will provide you with the necessary work if you are not taking too long a recovery between sets.
Donkey kicks and fire hydrants are great for the lower body. I do them with two 5 pound ankle weights around each leg. Also, superman.

I have been running a lot lately and today I want to give myself a little break from that. I want to do some strength training, but I want to SWEAT. Like drip sweat. What are some things I can do. I know burpees, mountain climbers, and squats are good, but I need more. Any suggestion helps!
