Rebecca,

It should have saved your added/saved videos. If you go back to your previous settings, tracking your own workouts, your tracked workouts should still be there.

Yeah, I understand that part of it. It's mainly that in the past I have followed video's and added the strength training SP video's to the tracker. Today, after I added the video's, I then when into the fitness tracker to have SP create a routine for me. When I had it create a routine for me, that's when it deleted all of my past video's that I had tracked from both today and the ones I had tracked in the past.

Hi Rebecca,

If you have it set for SP to generate your strength exercises, when you add a strength video to that day, you will have 2 options. When on the video page, you can scroll to the bottom and click on the button to add it to your tracker. That will then open a window that will give you 2 options: 1)you can click the link to "Make this my workout for (the date that it is to be entered) and remove any untracked exercises" OR 2) "Add these exercises to my existing workout."

Make sure you chose the add these exercises to my existing workout. If you clicked the link to add
it to their existing workout, it shouldn't remove your plan that was already there. If you click the link to remove it, then you will lose the exercises listed for that day. Just having a list of exercises is not enough, you need to check the boxes to let the system know you did them.

So I have been going through the new Spring challenge SP created and I've been adding the video's to my strength training tracker for the last 9 days. Today I was checking out the "let SP create a strength training routine for you" option so I clicked on it and went through it because I was curious what all they'd put together. So I went ahead and added them to my tracker thinking maybe I'd do some each day but it deleted all the tracked info of the strength training videos I did. Why is that? Do I lose my points for it too? Do I have to go back and track them all over again?
If this is the case, would it be possible for you guys of the great SP programing department to change this where if we already have things tracked but also want to start having SP create a routine for us, that we can still keep the stuff we've already tracked on our tracker?
Thanks. You guys do an awesome job with the site, I was just a little shocked to see that it deleted everything I had already tracked, even from the previous day.
