Hi Rebecca, If you have it set for SP to generate your strength exercises, when you add a strength video to that day, you will have 2 options. When on the video page, you can scroll to the bottom and click on the button to add it to your tracker. That will then open a window that will give you 2 options: 1)you can click the link to "Make this my workout for (the date that it is to be entered) and remove any untracked exercises" OR 2) "Add these exercises to my existing workout." Make sure you chose the add these exercises to my existing workout. If you clicked the link to add it to their existing workout, it shouldn't remove your plan that was already there. If you click the link to remove it, then you will lose the exercises listed for that day. Just having a list of exercises is not enough, you need to check the boxes to let the system know you did them. I hope this helps! Nancy
