I do Body Pump three times a week and there's no WAY I could keep track of all the reps. I just mark down 60 minutes of strength training and let it go.
One stumble does not a failure make.
Everything in moderation.

I did the Leslie Sansone 30 minute Firm Workout today. I just tracked it under Strength - Strength training: Moderate resistance training with little to no rest (includes compound exercises, free weights, dumbbells, weight lifting) with 5 pounds and it gave me 131 calories burned. I don't know if this is right but I don't really want to go through the video just to watch what each individual exercise was and how many reps. Thanks for any input!
