I set mine up to enter my own strength training exercises and Spark let me put together my own workouts. It's a little time consuming but saves a lot of time over all. I've got several workouts saved and it allows me to adjust them as needed to allow for heavier or lighter weights, varied reps, etc.
I just set up my fitness tracker to include strength training 3x's a week. I asked that Spark create a program for me. But from what I can tell so far, it's the SAME exercises every day and every week!! Huh? And some muscle groups are left out entirely though I asked for a full body workout. Where is the variety? I thought surely the program would vary the exercises that it gave me every week, at least. I guess I'll have to go in and change my goals every week and see if some new exercises will be added to my program.
