Are there any workout planning tools here?
I'm starting a strength training program (all dumbbells) after years of what amount to toning exercises. There is a preparatory period of 12 weeks that is really basic, but it would be nice to track my weights, etc.
The first month is 1 set of 8-12 reps of around a half dozen lifts, as much weight as I can lift for that number of reps. The second month will be 2 sets, the third 3 sets. This will be 2 or 3 times a week. After that first 12 weeks I'll start a regular program,
I'm also integrating it with my usual mainstays: cycling and a bit of running. There are specific injury prevention exercises too, in addition to the slow start. "Core" is a massively overused word, but they fall in that category.
I looked but couldn't find anything here. I expect it's spreadsheet time for me . . .
