The New Rules of Lifting for Women is the one that has been recommended to me repeatedly by people I trust here.

I am not sure which book you are looking for but I have Joyce Verdal's book Bottoms up which is pretty informative.

So I know I've seen this addressed on here several times, but can't for the life of me find it anywhere! I remember seeing a couple of different books on weight lifting for women recommended on here, but can't remember which ones there are. Can someone help me out?
