Sometime it seems like 8 cups of water a day is a lot, but I have found drinking green tea is one of several ways I use to get my water intake up. Green tea has a lot of benefits health wise and is very low in caffiene.
Eating cucumber slices is a favorite snack and I even like a slice of cucumber in my water.
A little white grape peach juice in my water, flavors the water with out adding a lot of calories. I don't add a bunch just a bit to change the flavor of my water. I carry water with me wherever I go, I must have it in the car with me or I may not reach my goal of 8 glasses of water.
I feel better actually when I am hydrated and that is worth it!
