Strange Point System

Sorry the points are so confusing. Perhaps I should have directed you to your SparkPoints page www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/sparkpoints.as
p where you will find a listing of total possible points given each day for different activities as well as information about many of the activities. I'm sorry I didn't provide you with helpful information. You can only receive a max a 3 points a day for participating in a poll so even if you do two or three different polls, you will only get SparkPoints for the first one you do. Please check out the link and the max daily points and perhaps that will address some of your concerns.

It's fine I found that information before I even started. I am familiar with how it is suppose to work...I am just surprised that it does not always keep track of what you do or that it stopped keeping track all together. Example and this is just one of several. I elected to do two separate polls....which should give 3 credits each totalling 6 credits yet it listed only one poll in both credits and in the list of items that you could or should do. I went back to the polls to redo one of them in case it did not register right yet it let me know that both were completed and I could not retake them. This has happen to me twice just with the polls and in other instances also. The points are not the big of deal I was just wondering if it was my account only or did it happen to others.

Thanks for the information....and so far my goals are not moving as fast as I would want them to, but I am trying.

Sorry you are having trouble. To learn more about how to get points for performing the various activities on your SparkPoints page:
1.Roll your mouse over “My Trackers” in the top left corner of the screen.
2.Click on “my SparkPoints,” which is the ninth link down.
3.You’ll now see your “SparkPoints” page.
4.Click the “Info” button to the left of each task to find out what each task requires you to do to receive SparkPoints for it.
Note: Unfortunately, we can’t check into specific SparkPoints issues for you.

I am basically new to this but I have noticed that I am not getting all the points that I think I should be. It's like you get so many and then it shuts down. I don't read all the emails...that come daily I wait and when I have time I go through them and read them all at once. If I like an article then I take it a step further and read an article or two and maybe even take a poll now and then. However I don't see all the activity adding up in my points or tracking system. Has anyone else noticed this?
