I use the Tupperware Fridge Keepers and have stored more than one type of veggie in the same container (as long as they require the same venting). I've not had any issues.

and as the previous poster mentioned, I've NOT put fruits & veggies in the same container

Not sure about veggies, but I definitely separate fruits and vegetables since the fruits produce ethylene, which ripens everything around them :-)

I usually put veggies into separate tupperwear type containers (made of glass) and they last me over a week.

Has anyone discovered any vegetables which do not store well together up to a few days? Personally, I can't think of any, but I didn't want to ruin the rest of the vegetables because of "one bad apple". (so to speak)
