When you drink, wait at least about 10 minutes to allow water to pass the stomach. Food needs much more time. Anything slushing in your stomach while running may not be good for exercise.

That tends to be an individual thing. I personally can't run until at least an hour after I've eaten, and ideally 2 hours. Try waiting a bit longer after you eat and see if that helps.

I'm drinking a lot more than I used to but I noticed I do eat a lot of barely cooked veggies usually before I go for my walk.
How long should a person wait after eating before working out?

Are you properly hydrated? What are you eating before you exercise? Try adjusting things until you see results.

Hey everyone
Whenever I walk on my treadmill, 4mph for 30 or 60 min, I end up getting terrible stomach cramps.
Any suggestions on how to prevent this ailment from discouraging me?
