I like trader joes stir fries. I but the ones that are just frozen veggies, no sauce, so no extra sodium.

i like the contessa shrimp stir fry. i tend to use whole foods 365 teriyaki sauce in place of the packet sauce that come with it though as it cuts calories and tastes better.

I usually do prepare meals on the weekend, but I tend to get tired of eating the same thing for a few days. I share a kitchen with 4 others, so cooking multiple meals in a day would not be ideal. Any ideas of brands, etc...?

Why not get them ready on the weekend, freeze them, then just unzip, add to the pan, and heat? Cheaper, and lower sodium that prepackaged stuff.

I'm looking for healthy ready made stir fry meals. Between school, internship, and work, many times I am too busy to create something during the week. Any suggestions?
