Hi Everyone,
Just want everyone to know I am still kicking after my lap band .I went roller skating after my
63rd birthday something I haven't done in about 20 years loved it I have to admit it was kind
of scary getting up on those skates at my age and yes i did fall once but I decided to keep moving and I will keep moving even with the big bruise on my leg and a sprained wrist and
after I fell I kept skating I was out there with the rest of the pro's just to prove I could do it went
one more time after that and now I am looking into buying some skates for out door use.Next
on my list is rowing I have never done that but will try that next at a nice park here in Florida. emoticon
