Once you look at your day you will probably be amazed at how much time you could dedicate to exercise. I exercise straight after work, from 5pm-5.30pm 2 nights a week and from 5pm-6pm 2 nights a week, plus I go for 30 minutes on the weekend. All up 3.5 hours of my life, which is not much when you think about it, and I don't even miss the mindless TV I used to watch from 5-6pm.
You may want to think about scheduling your day. You can take a piece of paper and schedule out your week. Just print one every week, and your set. It will help you manage your time wisely, and get the things you need to done.

I love to exercise in my leisure, and I hate to do it when pressed for time. So when I started, I did put it in my leisure, removing part of other stuff that I used to do for entertainment. It has been there ever since. Everybody has leisure. It is just that some people don't want to use up part of it with exercise.

Do you have time to watch the news or your favorite TV show in the evening ? If so, you have time to exercise. Get a set of resistance bands and do some strength training exercises while you watch your favorite TV show.
Do you have a lunch break ? if so, take a 20-30 minute walk at lunch. Could you get up 10-15 minutes earlier in the morning ? No one says you have to do 30-60 minutes of exercise to become fit. You could start with just 10 minutes a day. 10 minute workouts are the current fitness rage. If you don't have time for 30 minutes, do three 10 minute workouts spaced out through the day.
You had time to check on SP ? You have time for one of Coach Nicole's 10-15 minute online workouts. there are lots of different ways to sneak in a short workout.
You really need to be a bit more specific. Are there any places you can cut time off, getting ready, stay up a bit later, etx? I get up an hour or so before I need to so that I can workout and log in to SP to track it.
