I have been really trying this since the 23rd of September, and it is REALLY REALLY hard for me to always remember to log on, especially with the app on my phone for logging food, water, weight and exercise.
If you have to choose between logging on, and exercising, which do you prefer to do?
Just looking for some suggestions, since computer time isn't always an option every day.
