If it seems like pain in the joint, I don't know that specific stretches to target that area will really help. You might try taking a light walk or doing some other gentle exercises (like yoga) to see if that helps loosen things up a little.

I have arthritis in my knee and was having a "flare-up" which seems to have ended. But last night I got back on the stationary bike and I couldn't do it! I felt like that knee had lost some flexibility. I assume that I need to stretch it out - does anyone have any advice for doing so?
