I never deny myself of anything. I have to be very careful and make sure of portion size. But I am a firm believer of everything in moderation. It sounds like you didn't really do all that bad. So no worries. Just get back on track today.

Yesterday I took a break and didnt exercise because I did a lot on Thursday. I did do my 20 min Zumba (xbox 360 Kinect) workout. I was bad yesterday and had some cake but I figure if I deprive myself I'll more likely fall off the weight loss bandwagon. I have been doing really great so far with eating and exercising. Today I went to a baby shower and had another piece of cake, but I ate really well besides that. Looking forward to weigh in on Monday!! :)
