I love starting and doing streaks.
Hello my name is kathryn and I have been on Spark People for little over a year. In this year I have lost about 30 pounds and gone from a size 20 to a size 10. I am not done yet, I am a work in process.
I have been using streaks to keep me motivated in this journey to get healthy. I am on two streaks right now. One streak is to exercise for 100 days. I am on day 89. My other streak is to be binge free for 21 days, I am on day 10.
Streaks keep me working to be healthier every day. I am hoping to finish my streaks next month and then start all over again.
