So..I made a commitment to myself to check in continually with spark as I restart my journey and change my mindset. Weight loss for me is 100% mind set. I am on day three and feeling good. I try not to focus on what I can't have but am constantly thinking of ways I can add extra health benefits with a variety of food. So basically, no diet food - just healthy, real food. For lunch I had an apple, carrots and hummus and a smoothie of coconut water, organic cherries and spinach. I had a veggie egg scramble for breakfast. Tomorrow is my bday and I Am choosing to celebrate with healthy food and no cake. And I don't feel deprived! Just happy to feel good about my choices again.
