Hej everyone! I am going on vacation for 6 weeks with limited internet access. I will not be able to chart my nutrition and fitness daily, though I will be able to do it occasionally.
While I am committed to staying the course I am a little worried because I have relied on SP to keep me accountable.
Any suggestions on how to keep myself focused would be very much appreciated. Thank you all for being on this site and being so inspirational for me!
