I think the standard is two weeks on Fast Break, but I think you can stay shorter or longer or any stage, depending on your needs.

I've only been here about a week myself, so perhaps someone more experienced can chime in.

Thanks for replying. I don't know if it's written, I was going by the email I received that said I should be switching to the next level.

But I guess in this case it doesn't matter so much and I can get over the guilt!

Is it written anyplace how long one can stay in the FAST BREAK stage?

I started this beforeI had everything under control. I started really using everything more recently and so I am staying in the Fast Break one more week. I should be switching this week but I need the time to properly use everything the way I should have been doing. (Guess I was slow to learn)

Has anyone done this? I reset my goal start to yesterday and I have begun tracking everything.
