Let it go. Stop dwelling on the negative and focus your energy on the positive. You did great for 4 weeks. That's what you should focus on, not the couple of days you didn't do so well.

Understand that having days of weakness is part of the process of creating a new lifestyle. It's okay to fall down once in a while. Just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get started again.

UGGGGHHHHH I am so upset with myself; I have been so staying focused for the last 4 weeks than I overate one day and continued daily like it was over. I must stay focused :(
