I made a promise for 2012 that I was finally going to commit to a solid workout and healthy eating plan. In the past I've always gone at my fitness goals halfway. I'd workout but not eat the best, or I'd eat really cleanly and skip the gym. I've been doing beach body's TurboFire workouts (which are absolutely killer) and I love them, but now I have to get my eating under control. I'm hoping that by joining this website I can have a place to be held accountable, and a place to go to for motivation when I'm feeling not so awesome.
