I have found that in order to stay motivated, motivation and loosing weight and staying healthy starts with choosing to change your mind set. If you can choose to decide to look at food as keeping your body in shape and that you need your body in order to live a healthy lifestyle, then you began to change your mind with how you look and think about food. The better you will learn to eat and will start staying healthy for yourself.
