It a "for life" style change, don't go by how fast you do the journey.. It is about learning better habits and this doesn't happen in a few months then we are finished.. 8 years of progress between my photos.. I never had a goal to get to my goal weight,I wanted a goal called being satisified.
Use sparks library of recipes and work healthy treats into your daily nutrition composition.. Excange bread for flour, use fruits and milk products plus essential fats to bake healthy goodies..
At social occassions, I can give up the bad goodies if I make sure I have a sweet goodie I can eat with me.. I don't feel so out if I have something I can eat and look everyone else still joining in..
