SMARVYGAL, you've got the winning attitude. With Sparkpeople there's no other attitude available! I originally found Sparkpeople in 2008 by googling "free diet". Little did I know when I first clicked on Sparkpeople that it would be worth a million bucks to me!

Spark On!

Ok so I gained some weight last week after working out hard and not eating so great, but today the scales say I am back to my former weight, I have lost many inches 6 inches from my chest!, and cut back on the excessive amounts of salt I was eating. I am really following a healthy eating plan. Thanks Sparkpeople for motivation and weight loss strategies and diet help. Thanks to all of you for continuing to post messages and I feel better than I have in 15+ years. Thanks also for helping me find easy, beginner workouts/DVDs I can do at home with no equipment on a budget. - I genuinely believe I will lose the weight given time.
