If you are aiming to boost endurance, definitely go longer.

Work your way up to 30 minutes, then start increasing the intensity.

In trying to build your endurance which should you incrementally increase intensity (difficulty level) at 10 min workouts to some goal intensity and then gradually increase the length of your workout? Or, should you increase your workout time to some goal level workout time(30 min.?) then raise your difficulty levels incrementally?
