I love breakfast!! I just can't seem to wake up early enough to fix it before work. Getting kids ready, taking the dog out, and getting myself ready is a circus. I could get up 30 minutes earlier but man, that sleep sure is awesome! I feel like a slave to carbs sometimes. Finding protein in a low calorie package that is satisfying seems to elude me. I keep yogurts and low cal cheese sticks, with some nuts. But the serving size isn't very filling for me. Plus I'm not a raw veggie eater.. I try..I really do, but unless there's some dressing or a sandwhich involved, I can't eat em'. I'm doing better though.
