Well, I am not sure that is how the saying goes, and I certainly have no plans of starving myself regardless. Still, it is very clear I find it hard make healthy choices when my body is screaming for sugar and salt.
Any good ideas on what to eat when all I want to do is eat candy and stay in bed all day? (something that's effortless to prepare, because right now I can't be bothered.)
Is it true that some foods (for instance sugars) are inflammatory, and others anti-inflammatory? Would it not make more sense for my body to crave the anti-inflammatory ones when fighting infection then?
