My official "weight-in" day is Tuesday...however I always start my week fresh on Monday and goes through Sunday.

Making my official weigh in days Mondays keeps me accountable over the weekend. (Added benefit, I tend to only eat twice on Sunday, not counting snacks)

Not everyone works Monday through Friday! This would be a great upgrade.

It would be nice to be able to change the start of the week to fit your needs. A friend comes over every Wednesday and we weigh in together. We go out to eat, run errands, and talk. It would be nice to have Thursday as the start of my week.

I think it's a really good idea to have the option to start your week on any day you please. To me, my week starts on Monday when I go back to work. Others might feel their week starts on whatever day their first work day is. And others might like to stick to Sunday being the first day. I think it's just a matter of preference. But I would definitely start my week on Monday, as this has been a source of frustration to me, too!

Besides, different calendars start on different days. Most European calendars start the week on Monday. The official ISO calendar starts the week on Monday. The Gregorian calendar starts the week on Monday. Based on this, there is no such thing as a "regular calendar" that starts on Sunday.

I'm not asking that it be a change for everyone. Just that people have the option to change it. For people who would not want that, nothing would change.

I have always gotten confused with calendars that started with Monday. Doing this on my trackers would be confusing to me as well.
I would be AGAINST that kind of change.

"Normal" is always in the eye of the beholder. All of the Spanish calendars that I have seen, for example, begin on Monday ;-)

It's just a request. For people who aren't on a simple schedule, it's nice to have one weekend lumped together. When I am traveling for work on one of the days, I move my exercise to the other. When I have visitors, I like the flexibility to do the same thing.

also, if one checks a regular weekly calendar, a "normal" week begins on a Sunday.

It is only the work week or school week that begins on a Monday and not a regular week. Saturday is the end of the week.

There's not a way to change your start day of the week. Sorry about that!

I run (jog? shuffle?) Anyway, I include my "average" calories burned weekly in my nutrition set up. However, I do long runs on either Saturday or Sunday (often based on the weather) so sometimes I have two in one week, and other times I have none. This really screws up my "you must burn XXX more calories this week" or the "you have gone significantly over..." errors. While not a huge deal, it can be annoying. Is there any way that we can set it up so that Monday is the start of the week? (You know, have an option for Sunday or Monday.)
