Congrats on losing the 5lbs you have. That's awesome. I think you should always be proud of your success, regardless of the # your scale shows. You worked at it and showed progress....good for you. Keep going and before you know it you will reach your goal.

Thanks to all my "SPARKIES" who responded to my post. It really means alot 2 me to think that someone would take the time to read what I posted. It keeps the fire lit under my OH sorry (I can't that word) , but you know what I mean (lol)
I ambecoming more active during the day.... washing the dogs, cleaning the house, helping a friend pack up her house . She will be moving. gonna miss her.
I need to get out and get back to my walking...I KNOW IT WILL HELP WITH GETTING THIS WEIGHT OFF.But I admit that I have been sedmintary, way to long, due to the spinal stenosis. I have to get the muscels in my lower back and legs strenghtened. Tomorrow I WILL GO for a walk right after supper. Hugs to all Ladybug

You are awesome for losing those 5 pounds!!! Yes, be very proud of yourself for doing so. One pound at a time, and check you out ... you have done 5 pounds. You keep it up and those 5 pounds will soon turn into your goal. It's wonderful that you are proud of yourself ... being proud of yourself is one of the hardest things and easiest to do. I'm very proud of your success and hope to hear that you have lost more. Every pound counts!!!!!
Getting going is the hardest part, but I am worth it.
