I seem to be at the same place, and I've been here before. When I start to slip, and find myself returning to old not-so-healthy habits, I double up my efforts to be accountable ... record everything (even if it is not a pretty picture.) Look at your SparkSummary Calendar (on your Start page) to see the progress you've made. Put the scale away, except for maybe once a week. I have found it discourages me when I don't see a loss, even if I've lost 4 pounds the week before! (Which seems to be the way my body works ... hold it, hold it, hold it, let it go:) )
Be nice to yourself, in the same way you'd be nice to your best friend. Plan ahead for success --- when I learn that one, I feel like I'll be "on-track" much more often!
You really have made great progress! Just focus on the lifestyle, not perfection, not the weight. You'll get over this bump and be on your way again. Just hang in there and do what has brought you success before!
