I have been under so much stress Im starting over today fell off the wagon about 3 weeks ago put back on some weight got to get it off..need support Im a stressful eater and trying to do this weight loss the right way..going to strart exerciseing again this moring to have not did it for about 2 weeks....need motavation thanks for the support friends..
