I cleaned out my pantry and fridge of all the bad stuff. I just threw it out instead of giving it away. No I do not see it as wasting food. why would I want to give crap to people in soup kitchens.
I listed out my affirmations daily. I have a little notebook where I put them. It may be the same ones everyday, but they are new to that day.
I would say that i slowly incorporated fruits and veggies in my diet, but I can't. I jumped into a raw lifestyle with both feet. That is where I started going a little more slowly. I had my favorite fruits and veggies and prepared them into different meals, and then slowly started adding others to increase my palate.
Jumped in with both feet and quit dairy. I feel so much better for it. (but i am sure this can be done with baby steps if it is the right move for you.)
Jumped in with both feet and quit drinking soda. Nothing healthy in that anyway. (again I am sure it can be done more slowly)
not really tracked quantities of food, but tracked what time i ate, what my mood was, and what level was my hunger (1-10 with 10 being starving). Wish SP would incorporate that in the tracker and not just in the comments section.

I want to say I'm "starting over" but I'm tired of it. I seem to be constantly starting over on this journey lately. So i was thinking about some short terms goals I could put up for myself that would maybe help motivate me.
I have a few in mind. Like exercise at least 10 minutes every day, etc. But other than stuff like that, I'm coming up blank.
What were your short term goals to start out with? Any unique ones out there?
