This is the 3rd time I'm starting SP. I love the program but I have a horrible time staying motivated to stick with it! I've not taken advantage of the forums in the past and I'm hoping it will help me keep on track and get to my goal of 145-150 lbs.
The first step is always the hardest. Stop thinking about it and JUST DO IT!
