My baby is 4 weeks old today and I am starting over with Sparkspeople after my preganancy. I did pretty good and did not gain too much weight, but since I was heavy before I do have a lot of weight I want to lose by the end of the year.

It will be pretty challenging because I am busy and stressed and have a lot on my mind.
