I'm an old Sparkie who has finally returned! Have lost and gained the same 15 pounds many, many times since my last Sparkpeople period. It's time to get it off for good!! I am committed to the program and walking 10,000 steps each day! Someone keep me accountable please! Only kidding, I know no one can do it but me and I WILL!!
