Like all things, nobody is perfect. We just do the best we can, one day at a time.

Welcome back and congratulations on continuing to work at it. Yep, I'm a yo-yoer too. I figure if I persevere long enough and work hard enough, I will succeed.

Again Congrat!

I'm an old Sparkie who has finally returned! Have lost and gained the same 15 pounds many, many times since my last Sparkpeople period. It's time to get it off for good!! I am committed to the program and walking 10,000 steps each day! Someone keep me accountable please! Only kidding, I know no one can do it but me and I WILL!!
