So the last few months have been really nuts in my life, and sadly I have put back on A LOT of weight. Today I made the choice that I needed to take care of me. I take care of everyone else and put myself on the back burner and that's how I ended up where I am now. So, my husband and me sat down and planned out our dinners for the week and today I am right on with my calories today and I mowed the yard for 90 minutes which burned a lot of calories. I am really proud of myself and I am excited to get back on track with my health lifestyle!!!
