It's a great program. I'm 69, have belonged for 2 years, and lost 24 lbs., only to regain 14 when I stopped tracking carefully and mostly stopped exercising. I've been back at it for 2 months now and am down 8 lbs. Use the week-end to shop for some of the healthy foods you may not have on hand, read more of the articles and join some teams that interest you. Perhaps there is one for people with thyroid problems. I hope that you enjoy the program.
