I am eating turmeric powder 3 times a day with water. I eat coconut oil 1 tbsp. every day first thing in the morning. I need to up 3 times a day Well soon i will do that. Those seems, start to help me with stomach pain. I am going to keep doing it for some time.
I am going to clean eat and plan my meals. I have been lazy for while and did not plan my meals. I gained back 2 pounds.
SUGAR IS THE BIG THING IN MY DIET NEEDS TO BE OUT FROM MY SYSTEM. I HAVE BEEN GETTING BETTER BUT NOT 100%
