Today i go to gym and did 60 min. spinning class. I need to focus on my eating habit.

How true. When your out of town its hard because you probably eat out alot. So probably researching different restaurants for "healthy" might help..

I personally need to learn food discipline.. at home. Bad habits... are so hard to heave ho...

Just do it , keep it in your mind this isn't going to be perfection but a goal to live a clean heatlhy life. As long as you can hit the mark most days you will be successfulI in the long run.

I need to learn food discipline. I need to eat the healthiest foods can find ALL OF THE TIME. When i go out of town i eat lots of junk. This is not good.

XOXOTHIN, You will be fine. Just learn how to say no to sugar. It is hard at first but your body get use too it. I am getting lot better with South Beach diet. My sugar cravings are gone. Today i had a sugar cravings and i eat one pcs. of apple. I am not allowed any fruits in Phase#1 but i figured one pcs. apple is lot better than bing in to sugar.

Hope you are doing well on your sugar intake and not taking in too much. I started off something terrible this morning, but I am starting now and I will not be eating anymore today. Good luck on your phase 1.

I know Sugar is very hard to give up But i going to do it for my health. You can do it if you put in to your mind i know you can do it. Good luck.

I am noticing I have a high sugar intake as well. I teach Pre-K and I usually whatever my students eat or bring me to eat. Right now, because of Christmas, I am getting a lot of sweets. I will try to not eat everything they bring me lol. I know next week is going to be challenge because the teachers are having party food at sschool every day in the teachers lounge uggghhhh. I can do this though because I really want it.

I am determined to give myself the best present ever!

Last night i eat sugar and today i get up with stomach pain. All my symptoms back when i eat sugar. I know i need to stop this habit soon. I need to say NO to sugar ALWAYS. That is my weak point.

Some what i get control of my stomach pain. I have a food allergies that was the cause of my stomach pain. When i am staying away from dairy, sugar, gluten, meat and eggs i am lot better. I am changing my diet slowly. I am going to be vegan soon.

Today, my weight is 150lbs. i gained 5 pounds during wedding and thanksgiving holidays. I am now get back to my wagon and i do not want to gained more weight. Today i had breakfast: scrambled eggs with hot tea.

I am going to gym today too. I just have been very busy, i know this should not be any excuses but it all matter that i am back on track now.

My weight is 145lbs. I am not going to change my ticker yet, I am going out of town for a week soon as i am back i will check my weight again to see how much i gain. My goal is to keep it the same but let's see.

Do you take Probiotics? I take the tablets and they help. I also take MSM tablets.

Day#1 Sugar free

My yeast infection is not going away. There is another indicator that i need to put end to sugar. I am gluten free and 90% dairy free. I will be dairy free after Nov. 19th I am traveling and i know it is going to be hard for me.

Thank you for the Spark Goodie. Please do not think too much of me. I will be fine. I did visit Naturopathic Doctor. He suggested me to go try to Candida diet. He do not think my stomach pain cause by IBS. He think i have overgrowth Candida. I want to start that diet after i am back from wedding in November. Than i am going to start that diet for sure. For now i am trying to control my pain with home remedies.

My GI doctor is no help. I changed 6 GI's doctor in last 10 years, but with no help.

Chris, I am not eating any Gluten and Dairy. I eat only home cooked meals. I cook from scratch. I am lot better with stomach pain since i start drinking Turmeric 3 times a day. But when i did Spinning class on Wednesday my pain came back full force. I love spinning classes. After that i did not go to the gym. At one point i was thinking to stop my GYM membership. But i am going to be strong and face it. This is only i think that way.

Have you seen a doctor about your stomach pain?

Many people can't eat gluten. That is in wheat products. Or dairy can make people have stomach problems. I hope you can solve this problem.

I am eating turmeric powder 3 times a day with water. I eat coconut oil 1 tbsp. every day first thing in the morning. I need to up 3 times a day Well soon i will do that. Those seems, start to help me with stomach pain. I am going to keep doing it for some time.

I am going to clean eat and plan my meals. I have been lazy for while and did not plan my meals. I gained back 2 pounds. emoticon

SUGAR IS THE BIG THING IN MY DIET NEEDS TO BE OUT FROM MY SYSTEM. I HAVE BEEN GETTING BETTER BUT NOT 100%

These days i noticed i am hungry all the time. I need to evaluate my eating habit to see what i am doing wrong? I know i am not eating enough protein this is very big issue for me. I am vegetarian. I try so many different protein that make my stomach upset. So i need to come up with plan so that i eat protein make me fuller. I am gluten/dairy free. I am on my way to be sugar free soon. Working on it.

Finally i go to gym and did 60min. spinning class. emoticon

I had a nice high fiber breakfast with no sugar. I planned my day eating wise and workout wise. It's been 2.5 months i did not any workout because of saver stomach pain. But now i am going to start with walking around my neighborhood to see how i feel. I am eating turmeric powder 3 times a day.

Decresing your intake on sugar will help shed the weight as well. I am not a soda drinker but I love tea, whether it is green tea or sweet tea. I went to Wal-Mart and bought some diet green tea with NO SUGAR!!! I am extremely proud of myself because before I had to have sugar in everything. It is good to hear that your pain is decreasing. I wish you the best!! One more thing, you are at the weight now that I am trying to get to. My weight goal is 145!!! Keep up the good work!!

Today i eat healthy meals till lunch. For my stomach pain i am start eating turmeric in warm water 3 times a day since last Friday. It seems helping me with all the stomach issues. I am happy camper for now. I did not eat any sugar today. I am cutting down caffeine too. i drink hot tea in the morning only 5 or 6 sips.
