Keep up the good work doing it the right way. They will only re-gain it back after the challenge. Your body will not allow you to crash diet forever.

I'm doing pretty well so far, I think, lol. I have been tracking and trying to stay motivated. I don't know if I'll win. There are some tough competitors and I know a few of them will subsist on barely any calories and exercise like crazy just to win the challenge. Not gonna starve myself just to win, lol! I don't want to re-weigh for a week to see if there's any progress. I'm interested to see how things turn out:)

I am starting a Biggest Loser contest at work tomorrow! I HOPE I win, lol!! There are people that are already convinced that they will win, so it should be interesting:) Have any of you done one, and did you win? lol! I'm just using it to help keep me moving towards my goals and if I don't win, I know it won't be for lack of trying!
