Take a few minutes and make up a sparkpage making it public and allowing members to post a comment to you on it
Also dont forget those groups you joined - participate on them as regular as you can as you will a lot of encouragment there when you do

I understand completely MsCharmaine~ I have been gone for a couple years and decided this was definitely the best place for me. Unfortunately, I took a bad turn and gained some additional weight myself... so I am also back!

Welcome to Spark. You have taken an important step on your journey by joining! I've been a member a little over 3 years. I made fantastic progress and lost 100 pounds in the first year BUT I became careless about nutrition and exercise and have gained a lot of the pounds back!
