Starting over is a good thing. It means we are conscious that change is required. That's a positive start. For me, 2013 is awesome: a new opportunity to create me, my life, my career, relationships, finances, etc the way I desire. Good luck everyone with creating your life as you desire. If starting over is required, so be it! emoticon

This is my second go around with trying to lose 80 pounds, I have thus far lost three pounds but I'm not getting too excited yet. I am 46 years old and my eldest son is getting married this august and my little girl is graduating the next year so I have so much to look forward to, by loosing the weight not only am I increasing my life but I want to be there for the big things in my children life's. My doctor has told me that my cholesterol is off the charts and if I dont lose the weight I am a walking heart attack. I have so many excuses for not exercising and eating right, but no more, this time I need to do this. If not for me for my children...
